Section 89-10-01-01 - Authority

These rules are adopted and promulgated by the director under North Dakota Century Code chapter 61-33 to provide consistency in the administration and management of sovereign lands. These rules do not apply to the state of North Dakota's interests in oil, gas, and related hydrocarbons on sovereign lands.
