Section 89-02-01-09.6 - Request for department's hearing

All requests for a formal hearing on a project must be made in writing to the department within thirty days of the date of service of the director's decision. The request must specifically state facts from which it is evident the person requesting the hearing is factually aggrieved by the director's decision and must state which material facts or conclusions are believed to be erroneous and why they are believed to be erroneous.
