Section 86-03-06-02 - Searches to enforce home rules and state laws

The administrator or other staff may examine automobiles, baggage, clothing, and other personal items if such examination is considered necessary to enforce the rules and regulations of the home and the laws of this state and is based upon a reasonable suspicion.
