Section 85-02-02-03 - Signatures1. For political subdivisions, a grant application must be signed by an appointed or elected government official and the primary fiscal officer assigned the duties of managing grant communications, reports, and reimbursement requests.2. For an entity exempted from statutory political subdivision requirements, a grant application must be signed by the primary executive and the primary fiscal officer assigned the duties of managing grant communications, reports, and reimbursement requests.3.
