Section 81-02.1-01-03 - Form and contents of application

The application for a tax permit must be made on forms approved by the tax commissioner and furnished by the county director of tax equalization. The application must include a full description of the mobile home, name of the manufacturer, serial number, age, length and width, location, and the owner's name and address.
