Section 8-07-01-03 - When professional services may be performed

A registered architect or landscape architect shall undertake to perform professional services only when the architect or landscape architect, together with those whom the registered architect or landscape architect may engage as consultants, is qualified by education and experience in the specific technical areas involved.
