Section 8-06-01-02 - Design of stamp1. Each licensed architect's or landscape architect's stamp shall be no less than one and one-half inches and no more than two inches in diameter. It shall contain the name of the licensed architect or landscape architect; the individual's license number, the word "DATE: / / and the words "LICENSED ARCHITECT - STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA" or "LICENSED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT - STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA" as appropriate. The stamp designed and adopted by the board in the rules and regulations dated __________, as it appears below, will be accepted for persons licensed prior to the effective date of those rules.
