Section 8-05-01-01 - Statutory requirements

In accordance with North Dakota Century Code section 43-03-14, an applicant for registration shall pass an examination in such technical and professional courses as are established by the board, and shall pay the fees required by North Dakota Century Code section 43-03-11.
