Section 8-03-03-01 - Purpose

Under North Dakota Century Code chapter 10-31, incorporation of architects, and architects or landscape architects and other professionals in joint practice, is authorized. The law provides safeguards against control of practice by nonregistrants, while permitting practitioners the advantages of incorporation.
