Section 8-03-01-02 - Requirements for practice by firms

In any firm, control of the firm's architectural or landscape architectural practice shall be always the sole responsibility of the architect or landscape architect principals, in order for the firm to legally perform architectural or landscape architectural services or offer them to the public. Similarly, membership in a firm shall in no way be permitted to remove, or reduce, an architect's or landscape architect's responsibilities to the public, as an individual registered to practice architecture or landscape architecture.
