Section 8-02-03-06 - Conflict of interest

An architect or landscape architect who knowingly engages in personal or business activities which are in conflict with the responsibilities to the architect's or landscape architect's client or to the public, without fully disclosing the circumstances of such conflict of interest and obtaining approval of such activities, is guilty of an illegal practice.
