Section 8-02-03-04 - Plan stamping

An architect or a landscape architect who affixes, or permits the affixing of, the architect's or landscape architect's name or stamp to drawings or other instruments of service not prepared under the architect's or landscape architect's responsible control and supervision is guilty of an illegal practice.
