Section 75-09.1-01-25 - Accreditation as a basis for licensing1. The department shall issue a license to a program that has a current accreditation of a nationally recognized body that reviews and certifies providers of drug and alcohol services. 2. When applying for licensure or renewal licensure, a program must submit to the department proof of accreditation or deemed status in the form of the accreditation agency's most recent review and certification.
