Section 75-09.1-01-08 - Fiscal management1. When fees for services are charged, a program shall have an established schedule of fees that is available in printed form and is applied equitably to all clients. 2. A program shall implement a policy that prohibits fee splitting with other programs, agencies, entities, or individuals as consideration for referral of the client to be served. 3. If a program is responsible for funds or personal possessions that belong to a client, the program shall implement a procedure for identification and accountability for those funds. N.D.
