Section 75-07-02-05 - Disapproval or conditional approval of applications

Any application disapproved or conditionally approved by the department, subject to the correction of deficiencies, must be returned to each of the counties participating in the application with a specification of the reasons for disapproval or a listing of deficiencies that must be corrected prior to the receipt of unqualified approval. The department may suggest appropriate corrections.
