Section 75-04-01-35 - Water supply1. Group home facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities shall be located in areas where public or private water supplies approved by the state department of health are available. Approved public water supplies must be used where available. 2. When a private water supply is used, water samples must be submitted at the earliest possible date prior to occupancy and every six months thereafter to determine chemical and bacteriological acceptability.
