A child-placing agency shall have a performance and providing quality improvement plan that ensures licensing compliance, advances service delivery, reviews management practices, and measures the achievement of program goals and outcomes. Quality assurance must include:
1. A process for reviewing the case plans for each child to evaluate the continued appropriateness;2. A process for reviewing select child, foster or adoptive families, and personnel files quarterly to ensure quality of services being provided; and3. A process for reviewing the child-placing agency's policies, procedures, and practices.N.D. Admin Code 75-03-36-21
