Section 75-03-36-15 - [Repealed effective 4/1/2024] Student field placements1. A child-placing agency that accepts students for field placements shall: a. Develop a written plan describing the students' tasks and functions;b. Require references from the students' placing institutions; c. Designate a staff member to supervise and evaluate the students; d. Develop a plan for orientation and training of students in the philosophy of the child-placing agency and the needs of children and families served by the child-placing agency; e. Provide for students to participate in developing and carrying out the case plans for children and families with whom they are working directly; f. Require that students sign a statement of confidentiality; and g. Require successful completion of criminal history record investigations and child abuse and neglect index investigations prior to allowing students to have unsupervised contact with children. 2.
