Section 75-03-36-05 - [Effective until 4/1/2024] Resident child-placing agency office requirements

A resident child-placing agency shall maintain a physical office within the state, including an in-state mailing address and an in-state telephone number. The resident child-placing agency must ensure that the telephone is answered during regular business hours, or has messaging capabilities.
