Section 75-03-21.1-24 - Insurance and bond requirementsAn agency shall secure and maintain adequate insurance and bonds appropriate for the size of the programs including:
1. A blanket fidelity bond equal to not less than ten percent of the total operating costs of the program;2. Property insurance covering all risks at replacement costs and costs of extra expense for loss of use;3. Liability insurance covering bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, professional liability, and umbrella liability as applicable; and4. Automobile or vehicle insurance covering property damage, comprehensive, collision, uninsured motorist, bodily injury, and no-fault on all vehicles operated by the agency or the agency's employees in which residents may be a passenger.N.D.
