Section 75-02-01.2-61 - Computing benefits when an individual's needs are deleted from the cash grant

If an individual is subject to sanction, that individual's needs are removed from the cash grant and that individual's income and assets must be considered in determining the eligibility and needs of the remaining members of the household.
