Section 75-02-01.2-55 - Reinstatement following suspension or case closing1. If assistance is reinstated after a suspension of one month, all factors of eligibility must be considered to determine eligibility. If eligibility exists, the amount of assistance is determined based on two-month retrospective budgeting.2.
