Section 75-02-01.2-104 - County administration

1. Except as provided in subsection 2, the county agency of the county where the household is physically present must be responsible for the administration of the program with respect to that household.

2. If a household receiving assistance moves from one county to another, the outgoing county continues to be responsible for the administration of the program with respect to that household until the last day of the month after the month in which the household assumes physical residence in an incoming county.
