Section 72-05-01-09 - Signatures1.Possession of original document. A facsimile filer who files a signed document pursuant to these rules represents that the original signed document is in the filer's possession or control and available for inspection by or delivery to the state agency at any reasonable time and place within the number of years of the filing specified by the agency upon demand by the agency.2.Validity of signature. A signature on a document accepted for filing by the state agency and filed by facsimile in accordance with these rules has the same validity and consequence as the manually signed signature.N.D.
