Any slaughtering establishment, meat processing establishment, or custom-exempt plant that is required to be inspected pursuant to North Dakota Century Code chapter 36-24 to operate under this chapter must prepare and maintain those records required under title 9, Code of Federal Regulations, parts 320 and 381.
