Section 69-09-02-23 - Multipliers and test constants1. Meters which are not direct reading, and meters operating from instrument transformers, shall have the multiplier plainly marked on the dial of the instrument or other suitable location, and all charts taken from recording meters shall be marked with the date of the record, the meter number, the customer, and the chart multiplier.2.
