Section 69-05.2-13-05 - Performance standards - General requirements - Minimize disturbances - Best technology currently available

All surface coal mining and reclamation operations must be conducted to minimize disturbances on lands where coal or commercial leonardite is not removed and utilize the best technology currently available.
