Section 69-05.2-12-20 - Liability insurance1. The permittee shall submit to the commission a certificate of public liability insurance in accordance with subsection 3 of North Dakota Century Code section 38-14.1-14. Minimum coverage for bodily injury and property damage must be one million dollars for each occurrence and two million dollars aggregate. 2. The policy must be maintained in full force during the life of the permit or any renewal, as well as the liability period necessary to complete all reclamation operations under this article. N.D.
