Section 69-05.2-12-11 - Release of performance bond - Criteria for bond release1. The commission will not release any bond liability if the release would reduce the total remaining liability to less than that necessary for the commission to complete the required reclamation. 2. Release of bond for any combination of release stages identified in subsection 7 of North Dakota Century Code section 38-14.1-17 requires compliance with the reclamation standards established for each individual bond release stage.
