Section 67-24-01-05 - StudentsStudents must be in kindergarten through grade eight based upon the grade they have actually attained at the time the course is taken for the district to qualify for proportionate payments.
1. Any grade kindergarten through four student is eligible to attend summer school reading or mathematics.2. Any grade five through eight student is eligible to attend summer school reading, mathematics, science, and social studies.3. No more than twenty-five students may be served by one licensed teacher in grades kindergarten through four courses.4. No more than twenty-five students may be served by one licensed teacher in summer school grades five through eight reading, mathematics, science, or social studies courses.N.D. Admin Code 67-24-01-05
