Section 67-18-01-02 - Local applications

For grants and contract purposes, the superintendent of public instruction will issue applications and guidelines for those who wish to implement the displaced homemaker program.

Nonprofit agencies or organizations may apply for funds. The applications must be prepared according to the guidelines issued by the superintendent of public instruction.
