Section 67-17-01-05 - Review of applications

A review committee of not less than three individuals will be selected by the North Dakota workforce development council (who may delegate to the department of public instruction). The review committee will use the application review criteria developed by the department of public instruction. The review criteria are part of the state plan for adult education under section 67-17-01-02. Upon completion of its review, the committee will forward its recommendations for approval and funding to the superintendent of public instruction who will publicly announce the approved applications and grants through direct communication with the applicants and newspapers.
