Section 63-02-02-05 - Application nullification1. The board will nullify an application for licensure if the applicant fails to complete the application process within twenty-four months after submission of the application or notification by the board of a deficiency, whichever is later, unless a different action is agreed upon during a disciplinary proceeding or pursuant to a reinstatement of license proceeding. 2. For a nullified application, the fees are forfeited and the application and other documents have no further force or effect. If the applicant later desires licensure, a new application and documentation must be submitted and the applicable requirements met. N.D. Admin Code 63-02-02-05
