Section 62-04-09-02 - Notification1.Advance notice. It shall be the duty of the holder of a water conditioning contractors license to give a notice to the administrative authority when water conditioning installation is ready for test or inspection. 2.Water conditioning contractor's responsibility. It shall be the duty of the holder of a license to make sure that the work will stand the test prescribed before giving the notification. 3.Retesting. If the administrative authority finds that the work will not pass the test, the holder of a license shall be required to make necessary corrections and the work shall then be resubmitted for test or inspection. 4.Test. Tests shall be conducted in the presence of the administrative authority or the administrative authority's duly appointed representative. General Authority: NDCC 43-18.1-03
