Section 61.5-02-02-05 - Renewal of licensure1. Licenses not renewed annually by January thirty-first will expire.2. If a licensee fails to receive the renewal notice, it is the licensee's responsibility to contact the board before the January thirty-first deadline.3. A licensee who fails to renew the license on or before the expiration date shall not practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant in this state, and may be subject to a late renewal fee.4. Complete other competence requirements as prescribed by the board.5. Each licensee is responsible for reporting to the board changes in contact information within thirty days of the change.N.D.
