Section 59.5-05-01-01 - Severability

If any provision of title 59.5 or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity may not affect other provisions or applications of these rules which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these rules are declared to be severable.
