Section 59.5-04-01-02 - Classification plan review

Periodically, but not less than annually, human resource management services shall notify the board of additions and deletions to the currently approved classification plan as instituted by human resource management services. In addition, the board may approve positions not to be included in the classified service when deemed inappropriate by human resource management services.
