Section 4.5-02.1-05-01 - Code of ethics

A licensed addiction counselor and anyone under licensed addiction counselor supervision shall conduct the person's professional practice in conformity with the national association of alcoholism and drug abuse counselors code of ethics, as revised October 9, 2016.
