Section 43-02-07.1-18 - Geologic dataThe following basic data collected by the operator must be delivered, free of charge, to the state geologist within thirty days of collection:
1. Washed and packaged sample cuts.2. Cores, except those portions used for necessary testing or analysis, in which case the results of the testing, the analysis, and the description of missing portions shall be submitted to the state geologist.3. Copies of all logs, including sample logs, radioactivity logs, resistivity logs, and other types of electrical or mechanical logs.4. Elevation and location information on the data collection points.5. Other pertinent information required by the state geologist.N.D. Admin Code 43-02-07.1-18
