Section 43-02-02.2-39 - Radioactive element by product material handling and disposal systems

Radioactive solids must be disposed of in accordance with article 33.1-10, United States nuclear regulatory commission source and by product material license requirements, and North Dakota Century Code chapters 23.1-02 and 38-23.
