Section 42-02-04-03 - Policy for refunds and repayments1. A student who withdraws after receiving a payment for the student's scholarship shall refund or repay the scholarship according to the stated refund or repayment policy of the institution the student is attending.2. If a student meets the eligibility criteria at the time of disbursement, an institution is not required to return awards for subsequent changes to the student's financial aid package in the current academic term. However, eligibility criteria for future terms must be reviewed to ensure the eligibility criteria are met.3. If funds are disbursed to a student and it is later determined that erroneous data was reported, making the student ineligible, the funds must be returned to the program.N.D. Admin Code 42-02-04-03
