Section 33.1-25-01-14 - Area of review

The area of review for each injection well or each field, project, or area of the state shall be determined according to title 40 CFR part 146, section 146.6 (for nonhazardous waste injection wells) or title 40 CFR part 146, section 146.63 (for hazardous waste injection wells).
