Section 33.1-24-03-63 - Complying with sections 33.1-24-03-60 through 33.1-24-03-77 is optional for eligible academic entities1. Large quantity generators and small quantity generators. Eligible academic entities have the option of complying with sections 33.1-24-03-60 through 33.1-24-03-77 with respect to the eligible academic entity's laboratories, as an alternative to complying with the requirements of section 33.1-24-03-02 and section 33.1-24-03-27.2. Very small quantity generators.
