Section 33.1-15-17-04 - Restriction of fugitive gaseous emissionsNo person shall emit or cause to be emitted into the ambient air from any source of fugitive emissions as specified in section 33.1-15-17-01 any gases which:
1. Exceed the ambient air quality standards of 33.1-15-02 at or beyond the property line of the source.2. Exceed the prevention of significant deterioration of air quality increments of 33.1-15-15 at or beyond the property line of the source for sources subject to 33.1-15-15.3. Exceed the emission restrictions for odorous substances of 33.1-15-16 at or beyond the property line of the source.4. Exceed the restrictions on the emission of visible air contaminants of 33.1-15-03 at or beyond the property line of the source.N.D. Admin Code 33.1-15-17-04
