Section 33.1-15-17-02 - Restriction of fugitive particulate emissionsNo person shall emit or cause to be emitted into the ambient air from any source of fugitive emissions as specified in section 33.1-15-17-01 any particulate matter which:
2. Exceed the ambient air quality standards of 33.1-15-02 at or beyond the property line of the source.3. Exceed the prevention of significant deterioration of air quality increments of 33.1-15-15 at or beyond the property line of the source for sources subject to 33.1-15-15.4. Exceed the restrictions on the emission of visible air contaminants of 33.1-15-03, at or beyond the property line of the source, except as provided in section 33.1-15-03-04.5. Would have an adverse impact on visibility, as defined in 33.1-15-19, on any class I federal area.N.D. Admin Code 33.1-15-17-02
