Section 33.1-15-08-02 - Removal or disabling of motor vehicle pollution control devices prohibited1. No person shall intentionally remove, alter, or otherwise render inoperative, exhaust emission control, crankcase ventilation, or any other air pollution control device which has been installed as a requirement of federal law or regulation.2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle originally equipped with air pollution control devices as required by federal law or regulation unless such devices are in place and in operating condition.N.D.
