Section 33-32-02-10 - Good manufacturing practices The department adopts the following as current good manufacturing practices:
1. The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for type B and type C medicated feeds as published in title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, part 225, sections 225.1-225.115. 2. The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for type A medicated articles as published in title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, part 226, sections 226.1-226.115. N.D.
