Section 33-24-08-81 - Financial responsibility compliance dates

Owners of petroleum underground storage tanks shall immediately comply with the requirements of sections 33-24-08-80 through 33-24-08-106.

Owners of previously deferred systems shall comply with the requirements of this section according to the schedule in subsection 1 of section 33-24-08-71.
