Section 33-24-07-52 - Routine changes1. The permittee may make routine changes to the standardized permit without obtaining approval from the department. However, the permittee first must determine whether the routine change will amend the information submitted under section 33-24-06-57 with the notice of intent to operate under the standardized permit.2. If the routine changes will amend the information submitted under section 33-24-06-57 with the notice of intent to operate under the standardized permit, then before making the routine changes the permittee must: a. Submit to the department the revised information pursuant to subdivision a of subsection 1 of section 33-24-06-57; andb. Provide notice of the changes to the facility mailing list and to state and local governments in accordance with the procedures in paragraphs 4 through 6 of subdivision a of subsection 3 of section 33-24-07-06.N.D.
