Section 33-24-06-06 - Duration and scope of permits
1. Hazardous waste permits are effective for a fixed term of five years. Every five years permits must be modified as necessary to assure that the facility continues to comply with the currently applicable requirements of North Dakota Century Code sections 23-20.3-04 and 23-20.3-05, and take into account improvements in technology as well as applicable rules.
2. Except as provided in section 33-24-06-02, the term of a permit may not be extended by modification beyond the maximum duration specified in this section.
